Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
